Privacy policy.
The short version: we only collect what you send us so we can give you an estimate and do the job. We don't sell it, and we don't track you around the internet.
Who we are
This website belongs to DT Painting & Services, LLC, a painting and general construction company in Malden, Massachusetts. When this policy says “we” or “us,” it means DT Painting & Services.
What we collect
Information you choose to give us:
- What you type into our estimate request form: your name, phone number, town, the kind of job, and any notes or questions you add.
- Anything you tell us when you call, text or email us, like your address, photos of the job, or a review.
Information collected automatically: like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps basic server logs (IP address, browser type, the pages you visited and when). These are used to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies and tracking
We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics on this site right now, and our fonts are served from our own site, not a third party. If that changes, we'll update this page first.
How we use it
- To call you back, set up a time to look at the job, and give you a written estimate.
- To do the work and keep records of the job, like invoices and warranty questions.
- To post a review you sent us, with your first name and last initial only, if you gave us permission.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. Ever. We only share it:
- With the companies that run our website and email, only so they can deliver your message to us.
- When the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to answer you, do the job and keep normal business records, then we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have on file about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. Call 781-866-6546 or email teixeiradoug18@gmail.com.
Kids
This site is for homeowners. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us. No website or email is 100% secure, so please don't send things like bank or card numbers through the form.
Other websites
Some links go to other sites, like Google. Their privacy policies apply there, not this one.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
