Demolition delay for listed buildings
Under Chapter 154, a demolition permit for a building on the Historical Commission's significant-structures list goes to the Commission first, and a building it rules preferably preserved can wait up to 12 months. A permit only for interior demolition is excluded from the bylaw's definition.
