Nobility Hill's National Register listing describes houses built mostly between the 1860s and 1920s in six styles, from Italianate to Craftsman. Matching that trim takes custom profiles, and we build them instead of making do.
Stoneham has five National Register districts and 64 listed structures, per the town's open space plan. That listing doesn't by itself require a permit for trim work, but it's a good reason to keep original woodwork when we can repair it.
Not that we've found. Nobility Hill is a National Register district, and we found no local historic district review for it. Permitted work still goes through the Building Department.
